Over the course of this day, you will discover the complex work of the oenologist! The day starts with a tour and tasting of a grand cru classé of Medoc. Bordeaux wines come from different grape varieties - each region has its own varieties of grapes! At this workshop, your task will be to create your own wine and adjust to your taste!

Absorb the Basque culture and become a Cesta Punta player. Half the world plays this international sport : The Americas, Europe, and Asia. You will be invited to play Jai Alai San Sebastian style (i.e. Cesta Punta) by pelotaris, who are top-level professionals. Their demonstration and explanations will allow you to put yourself in the shoes of a pelotari in the context of a mini tournament.

The owner or the cellar master will welcome you to the property and help you discover their methods, their way of working, and their products. After being introduced to the Bordeaux vineyards, you will study the winemaking techniques, as well as the visual appearance, smell, and taste of the wine. You morning will be dedicated to tasting the wines of Medoc. Then, you will be welcomed to the laboratory of a major Bordeaux chocolatier. He will give you a tour of his workshop and teach you the art of blending chocolate, as well as the various ways of matching wine with chocolate.
Set off to discover the vineyard landscapes of Saint-Emilion in vintage cars. Road book in hand, you will drive through the vineyard, making stops at wine estates in order to experience the wines.
